These terms govern your use of WOW Networks, a business-networking platform operated by Leo Tech Services ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By registering for, accessing, or using WOW Networks (the "Service") you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and "you" includes it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts & security
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.
- The Service supports multi-factor authentication (MFA), including email codes and authenticator apps. We strongly recommend enabling it; some networks or roles may require it.
- We may suspend accounts that show signs of compromise while we work with you to restore access safely.
3. Memberships & dues
- WOW Networks hosts independent business networks. Each network sets its own membership fees, dues schedule, and membership rules; those are the network's terms, not ours.
- Where membership dues are collected through the platform, Leo Tech Services charges a 20% platform fee on membership dues. The remainder belongs to the network.
- Integrated payment processing is coming to the platform; while it rolls out, networks currently operate on trial arrangements and dues may be handled directly between you and your network.
- Except where required by law or expressly stated by a network's own policy, dues paid to a network are handled and refunded under that network's rules.
4. Your content
- "Your content" means posts, referrals, business profile details, uploads, and anything else you submit. You own your content.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service — for example, showing your posts to the members you shared them with, or including your updates in notification digests.
- You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or misrepresent your identity or business;
- send spam, scrape the Service, or harvest member data outside the features provided;
- upload malware, probe or disrupt the Service, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
- harass, defame, or abuse other members, or post content that is unlawful, deceptive, or hateful;
- resell or sublicense the Service without our written agreement.
6. Verification data
Some networks require identity or business verification before approving an application. Verification fields you submit are encrypted and are shared only with the network that is reviewing and approving your application. They are not visible to other members and are not used for any other purpose. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Termination
- You may stop using the Service or close your account at any time.
- Network owners and their designated admins may suspend or remove members from their network under that network's rules. Removal from one network does not by itself close your platform account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other members, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will give notice.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee any network, member, referral, or business outcome. Dealings between members are solely between those members.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leo Tech Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is capped at the greater of US $100 or the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or caps; in those places these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.
9. Changes to the Service or these terms
We may update the Service and these terms as the platform evolves. For material changes we will give reasonable notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before the new terms take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
