Privacy Policy

This policy explains what WOW Networks, operated by Leo Tech Services, collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Plain English, no surprises.

1. What we collect

• Account information — name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and MFA settings.
• Business profile — the company details, categories, and contact information you choose to publish to your networks.
• Verification data — identity and business fields some networks require with an application. These are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage.
• Transactions and referrals you report — referrals, thank-yous, and business-closed amounts you record inside your networks.
• Usage information — sign-ins, feature activity, and technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) used for security and to keep the Service working.

2. How we use it

• To operate the network features: directories, applications, posts, referrals, events, and member-to-member messaging.
• To send notifications and email digests about activity in your networks — you can turn these off any time in 🔔 Notification Preferences inside the app.
• To secure accounts (MFA, session management, fraud and abuse prevention).
• To provide support and improve the Service.

We do not use your content to advertise to you, and we do not sell your data.

3. Sharing

• Within your networks: your profile and activity are visible to other members of the networks you join, according to your visibility settings.
• Verification data is shared only with the network reviewing and approving your application — never with other members and never for any other purpose.
• Service providers: we use a small number of infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) that process data only on our instructions.
• Legal: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of members and the Service.
• Never sold. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

4. Retention

The platform keeps temporal history of records — when data changes, the prior version is retained in system history tables. This supports auditing, dispute resolution, and recovery from mistakes. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and operational needs, then deleted or anonymized.

5. Your choices

• Notification preferences: control or disable notifications and digests in 🔔 Notification Preferences in the app.
• Unsubscribe: every digest email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Profile visibility: choose what your business profile shows to your networks.
• Export or deletion: contact us at Assistant@LeoTechServices.com to request a copy of your data or deletion of your account.

6. Security

• Sensitive fields (such as verification data) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
• All traffic between your browser and the Service is protected with TLS.
• Passwords are stored only as salted, modern one-way hashes; multi-factor authentication is available on every account.
• No system is perfectly secure — if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.
